Meet the Owner

I started my journey into deeper self-love and growth in 2017. During the process, my biggest takeaway has been how to love myself in the midst of everyone’s opinions and voices. For the first time ever, I was able to innerstand what I had to offer to the world and the role I played.

In 2020, I started diving into my spirituality. During this time, I started my first business, Empress Energy.

That year, I experienced exponential personal growth but the world was traumatized by the COVID-19 pandemic. I took this as a sign that it was time to share my personal story. I wanted to share the tools I had to help others heal.

Empress Energy is the embodiment of who I became during that time and who I strive to be daily. Although my journey will never end, I hope to share what I have learned with women, men, and children that want to love the person they are.
